To complement our range of Barrel Sash Stops, the new Solid Sash Stop is ideal for use on a window used as a Fire Escape, the longer length of this Sash Stop at 31mm allows the Stop to clear the depth of the Meeting Rail allowing you to open the Sash Stop with your fingers as no Key is required allowing for a quicker escape.
Security is maintained whilst still allowing the window to be slightly open for ventilation, 2 inserts are supplied allowing you to have two locking positions.
The Sash Stop is a non load-bearing product and therefore not subject to any requirements on CE marking for safety devices on Windows.
The Inserts are fitted with a 5mm Allen Key, speeding up the process of fitting as it allows you to use a power tool. This Insert is also open ended to provide a more durable plating, which gives better protection.
