We have 2 new Sash Cords to provide an alternative to the Wax and Nylon Sash Cords.
A Red Spot Bleached Cotton Sash Cord supplied in 10m hanks or 100m coils.
The Traditional Red Spot cords provide excellent over Pulley and in resisting abrasion.
Available in the following sizes:
6mm diameter (Breaking Load 85kg)
7mm diameter (Breaking Load 110kg)
8mm diameter (Breaking Load 125kg)
A Polyester 8 Plait Sash Cord supplied in 10m hanks or 100m coils.
The Polyester cords have a high tenacity a low stretch man made with fibre.
They are Rot and Mildew Proof with full UV degradation resistance.
Available in the following sizes:
6mm (Breaking Load 380kg)
8mm (Breaking Load 770kg)
Both are manufactured in the UK and available in 10m hanks or 100m coils.

Standard version of the DIY Draught Proofing Kits
A standard version of our DIY Draught Proofing Kit provides an alternative and more economic version to our existing English and Scottish DIY Kits. It replaces your existing Staff and Parting Bead with new Primed Beams complete with Exitex Carrier and Pile already inserted in the wood, which prevents draughts, water and will reduce noise levels.
There are 2 versions supplied, 1.5 and 3 metres.

A Traditional "Bartholomew" Screw out Sash Stop is now available. Fitted to the top Sash to restrict the bottom Sash from passing, the Sash Stop can be retracted with a screw driver to allow the window to open. Complete with Screws.

NEW Improved version of the Sash Stop THD195/196
The New Improved Version of our popular Sash Stop now allows fitting of the inserts with a 5mm Allen Key, speeding up the process of fitting as it allows you to use a power tool.
The Insert has been manufactured open ended to provide consistant plating throughout the product, which gives better protection.
We have also changed the plastc key to an all steel key which is stronger than the previous design.
Supplied in 2 sizes:
THD195 = 19mm barrel
THD196 = 26mm barrel

New Size of Victorian Sash Bar
We have now introduced a 210mm version of the Victorian Sash Bar (measured between the two feet.) This new size is an addition to our existing range which measure 140mm, 300mm, 450mm and 600mm.
Due to a number of customer requests it was decided to introduce a 210mm Sash Bar which would bridge the gap between the 140mm and 300mm versions.
This new size is available in Polished Brass, Chrome Plated, Satin Chrome Plated and Antique Brass.
