THD1093 Simplex Hinge Screw (Sold as a Pair)
The Simplex Hinge Screw works in conjunction with the range of Simplex Hinges, fitted to the bottom Sash Window and when in operation will sit in the U of the Simplex Hinge to allow the Window to swing inwards for, maintenance of the outside window, or as a possible fire escape.
This type of window system is a mandatory requirement on all windows above ground floor in Scotland.
The Slim Simplex Hinge Screw can be fitted with or without the flat plate.
