Deliveries

Order by 2:00 PM: Dispatched the same working day (unless otherwise specified).

UK Mainland Deliveries

‍Free Next Working Day Delivery on orders over £100 (ex. VAT).‍

For orders under £100.00 (excluding VAT), a delivery charge of £8.00 + VAT will be applied. Additionally, there is an extra charge of £2.50 + VAT for delivery to private addresses

Long length items (such as Staff & Parting Beads)

  • For orders containing long lengths, the free delivery threshold is £150.00 (ex. VAT)
  • For orders under £150.00 (ex. VAT), a delivery charge of £18.00 + VAT will be applied. Additionally, there is an extra charge of £3.00 + VAT for delivery to private addresses.
  • Order Deadline: All long length orders must be placed before 11:00 AM as the carrier requires booking before 12:00 PM for same-day collection (unless otherwise advised).
  • We use DX for the delivery of long-length orders.

Republic of Ireland

‍Free Delivery on orders over £200 (ex. VAT).‍

  • For orders under £200.00 (ex. VAT), a delivery charge of £16.00 + VAT will apply.
  • We offer a 2-day delivery service to the Republic of Ireland. However, deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance.
  • Customs Information: To ensure smooth customs processing, please provide your VAT or EORI number, main telephone number, mobile number, and email address for customs contact you when the goods arrive at the port.
  • All orders will be charged in Sterling (£) unless otherwise advised.
  • All deliveries, regardless of value, will incur a £4.75 EU customs charge.

Postage: We no longer send goods via postal service unless specifically advised.

Pallet Orders: All pallet orders will be delivered by a transport company and may take longer due to the nature of the delivery.

Delivery Notification and Returns Policy

All orders are thoroughly checked before the goods are dispatched and packaged carefully.

Once you receive the goods, we ask you to check the goods as soon as possible, if you are not happy with the order for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  1. We shall use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch the goods by the date agreed with you, but we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a delay is likely we shall make every reasonable effort to contact you and advise you of the delay.
  2. Goods should be examined immediately upon receipt and any discrepancy or damage notified to the carrier and ourselves within 48 hours. Late notification cannot be entertained as we will be unable to make necessary claims against carriers.
  3. With regard to non-delivery of goods, you must notify us within 3 days of the date of the invoice.
  4. If you do not receive all of the goods within 3 days of the date of delivery you must notify us immediately.   
  5. We will accept return of goods from you, only by prior arrangement, subject to a 20% re-stocking charge unless agreed otherwise. All goods must be in the original packaging and be suitable to go back into stock, if this is not the case, we may refuse to issue you a credit for those items returned.
  6. Where goods have been assembled before despatch any agreed return will be subject to a minimum 50% re-stocking charge due to the items having to be dismantled back to their original format.
  7. You must arrange for the transportation of the goods to be returned back unless the items you received are incorrect or faulty.
